
Laura offers a holistic approach to helping clients work towards releasing and letting go of old patterns and behaviours so they can live a happier and more enjoyable life.
Through using different modalities and incorporating them in client sessions, Laura is able to tailor the private sessions to assist with the main goals created by the client.
Everyone has their own trauma, story, limiting beliefs that they are working on and Laura can use a mixture of modalities during a session depending on what the client needs and goals are.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) first started with the name TFT (Thought Field Therapy) in the 1980’s by Dr. Roger Callahan based on applied kinesiology and physics.
This then was developed further by Gary Craig in 1993, a Stanford Trained Engineer.
EFT is also now also known as Tapping.
EFT uses the Acupressure points in the body that helps move the energy thoughout the body while the client is feeling, imagining or remembering something that has affected them.
The acupressure points are based on the same meridians as Chinese acupuncture, but you don’t need any needles.
Through this technique participants have been able to feel more relaxed about a stressful, anxious or traumatic situation, quit smoking, change their food cravings and lots more.
EFT can be considered psychological acupuncture. This means while the client is tapping on specific meridian points on the body, the practitioner has the client repeat phrases verbally.
Through this technique of tapping it can then open up, clear and balance a person or animals energy system.
The energy system in the body is made up of specific pathways of energy or meridians that help balance the energy flow in the body.
An imbalance or blockage in the energy flow of the body can be caused from trauma (either consciously or unconsciously), limiting beliefs, addictions, anxiety, etc.
Through clearing these imbalances or blockages, this can allow a client to release the trauma, limiting beliefs, anxiety etc, from their body and mind.
